The story behind Linh Lan Waxing

Linh Lan Waxing is built on the experience of our founder, Ms. Sine. Originally from Nha Trang, she moved to Ho Chi Minh City with her family to find a better future despite humble beginnings and financial hardship.

She started from the very bottom. For over six years she worked her way up from receptionist to waxing specialist, serving international clients at a time when professional waxing was still a developing idea in Vietnam. She kept studying and practising to make sure every customer left satisfied. Step by step, with the experience and savings she gathered, she opened her own studio.

Our approach

From Nha Trang, with care. We grew up in a place of beautiful sea and kind people, and we value sincerity. We would rather grow slowly and honestly than dress ourselves up with promises. We want every guest to feel looked after.

Your visit matters to us. We know you came to Ho Chi Minh City to make good memories. Seeing you leave the studio comfortable and at ease is what makes our work worthwhile.

How we wax

Waxing looks simple, but technique and hygiene make the difference between an average visit and a comfortable one. We choose the method by area and skin:

• Strips for larger areas such as arms and legs, so treatment stays quick.
• Hard wax for small, sensitive areas such as the bikini line and face.
• Cooling air (about -30°C) after waxing when the skin is irritated. Strip waxing on areas that are rarely irritated, such as calves, may only be moisturised.
• Therapists wear masks and medical-grade gloves and use single-use sticks. Skin is wiped with alcohol and tools are kept in a UV steriliser.

Hair should be about 0.5 cm or longer so wax can remove it from the root more easily.

Diode laser hair removal

Many guests move from waxing to laser hair removal over time. Laser machines are sophisticated, so the operator’s training matters as much as the device. Linh Lan uses a diode laser from a manufacturer that holds FDA, CE, ROHS and TUV certifications, and our operators are trained on the machine. Cooling air is used before and after treatment. Laser works over several sessions, and results and skin reactions vary from person to person.

Do I need to book?

Yes. Linh Lan is by appointment. You can change or cancel up to one day before.

What are your opening hours?

Every day 10:30–20:00.

Do you serve men and women?

Yes, both. There are two treatment beds, so couples or friends can be treated at the same time (divided by a curtain).

Which languages do you speak?

English and Vietnamese. We also help Korean guests with a translator.
